Learn More About Cisco Beach
One of the most enjoyable parts of the island is the Cisco area. Every summer it draws a diverse group of visitors to its beautiful beach and all the activities it offers for a Nantucket vacation.
Children of all ages can take part in one of the coolest of sports, surfing. And beach activities don’t stop there -- boogie boarding, paddle boarding, and just plain old swimming and riding the waves are a perfect way to enjoy this family beach. Lifeguards and ample parking, dogs on leashes are welcome, too!
Every year there is a must-see Surfing Contest.

Cisco Brewers
Cisco Brewers is within a two-mile bike ride from the beach. It is a great place to grab a beer after a long day in the sun and enjoy the casual atmosphere. Children are encouraged to join in the fun as well, with games for them to play. And bring your dogs too!
Bartlett's Farm
Bartlett’s Farm is one of few farms left on the island (along with Moors End, Boatyard and Pumpkin Pond Farm) and will hopefully continue this way for generations. They serve hot food, coffee, wine, flowers, fresh produce and grocery items…it’s pretty much a one-stop shopping experience.
167 East Coast Fish Market
Bill Sandole had an established wholesale seafood market long before he opened 167 East Coast Fish Market. Now he’s expanded to include steak, veggies and everything else you need to put together an exquisite dinner during your Nantucket stay! Try to get there early because many people have caught on to the fact this is the best market on the island. The line regularly goes out at the door during busy times.
