If you haven’t noticed….It’s wild out there! It seems like this island could not be busier! There are just days until the Fourth of July and this year America has more than just our freedom to celebrate. This year, even though Nantucket’s fireworks and other Fourth Festivities have been cancelled, I think we have more than enough reason to feel festive. Massachusetts, along with the rest of the country will be celebrating a different kind of freedom. Freedom from the Mask, freedom to spend time with others, freedom to order a drink at a bar without food, freedom to hug a loved one. The freedom to just not be afraid. So put on your most patriotic ensemble (I do love a good theme) and celebrate for any reason at all.

People are loving it here. Folks who have never been here are buying homes. Folks who have vacationed here regularly are buying homes. This is a HEAVY sellers market. With the increase in temperature we are getting an increase in sales prices. If you were on the fence about selling….NOW is the time.
