Native Nantucketer and Birthright Quaker, Patience Eves Killen enjoyed horseback riding, swimming, sailing, sewing and majorette teamwork during her island childhood. She pursued her education at Oakwood Friends School and George Washington University. A lifelong learner, Patience studied Expressive Art Therapy and became a Certified Co-Active Life Coach. Her early fulfilling work was focused on promotion, marketing, sales, advertising and coaching in California, Florida, Washington and Hawaii prior to her return 28 years ago to continue the family real estate legacy. In 1995 she joined Jordan Real Estate.

Patience has strong affinity for the arts, open land and historic preservation. Some memberships include the Artists Association of Nantucket, Nantucket Arts Council, Nantucket Community Music Center, Nantucket Historical Association, Nantucket Friends Meeting, Madaket Conservation Association. Currently, her favorite recreation is ballroom dancing.

Patience prides herself as an educator within the Nantucket Real Estate market. She believes informed clients and customers enable creativity and maximize options when buying or selling property. Assisting individuals with local, historical and current data during each transaction is truly a pleasure. The fun and challenge of finding the right “match” for real estate clients has never waned in 28 years!
