Back in Connecticut, Denise co-owned and operated a family business which included a 200-slip marina. It was here the M/V “Grey Lady” sport-fish was docked and which brought her family to and from the island in the early days. Shortly after settling on Nantucket full-time, Denise found herself assisting friends and various contacts wanting to visit and live on Nantucket. It led to combining two great loves – Nantucket and making connections. In 1993, Denise embarked on her highly successful venture as a Nantucket Dream Maker (officially known as a Real Estate Broker!). Joining Jordan Real Estate in 1998, Denise brings an incredible wealth of island knowledge and a commitment to the preservation of Nantucket’s natural beauty and time-honored traditions. From volunteering with the Nantucket Historical Association, Nantucket Cottage Hospital’s Boston Pops Annual Concert, and the Nantucket Chamber of Commerce Daffodil and Stroll Weekend Festivities, to hosting summer soirees with friends on the shore, Denise has her finger on the pulse of Nantucket.

Once outside the office, you can find Denise pursuing her passions – dancing at The Studio on Main Street, reading a passage at the lectern of St. Mary’s Church, climbing the ropes with her 4 grandkids at Children’s Beach, or swinging her clubs at Miacomet…..just look for the high fashion hat, fiery red hair, and (of course) dancing shoes!
