David Callahan is a Broker/Owner at Jordan Real Estate in Nantucket, MA,where he began as a Broker in 1995. In prior years he was a Broker at Coffin Real Estate after a 20-year career in land and condominium development in New Hampshire and the Boston area. He is currently a Director at the Cape & Islands Board of Realtors, and served that Board as a member of the Ethics & Grievance Committee from 1998 to 2004. Also with the Cape and Island Board of Realtors, David was the President in 2011.

As a Real Estate Broker, Mr. Callahan is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the Nantucket Association of Real Estate Brokers. He is a graduate of the Realtor Institute and is both a Certified Residential Specialist and Certified Buyer Representative and a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist.

Mr. Callahan is an alumni of the Delbarton School in Morristown, New Jersey,and Babson Institute, Wellesley, Massachusetts, with a BS Major in Marketing. He is married to Gretchen Callahan and they own a vacation home in the Dominican Republic, where Mrs. Callahan owns the real estate firm of Preferred Properties of the Dominican Republic.
