Here’s a brief list of what you should know about renting Nantucket Vacation Homes:

  • Many properties rent for a minimum period of two weeks.
  • Most leases begin at 3 pm on Saturday afternoon and end at 9 am Saturday morning.
  • If you wish to rent a car while you are here, several major car rental agencies have offices on-island. This information is available at the Island Info section of this site.
  • Homeowners furnish all bed and bath linens and cooking and dining utensils. Most of our vacation homes are equipped with a dishwasher and a washer and dryer.
  • Most rental properties do not allow pets, however the MSPCA offers pet boarding and can be reached at 508–228–1491.

Our office is open Monday through Saturday from 9am to 5pm and Sunday from 10am to 4pm year round.

Cancellation Policy: Tenant cancellations must be made by notifying Jordan Real Estate via certified mail. If it is necessary for the tenant to cancel a reservation and the period is re-rented at the same rate, the tenant will receive a refund from the landlord, less a cancellation fee of 20% of the gross rental. If the cancelled period cannot be rerented, the entire amount collected shall be forfeited.
